Application of Pure Copper sheet
copper sheet are a type of non-ferrous metal rolling, which is used
as a semi-finished product for further processing by cold or hot
pressure.
Refined copper belongs to the series of oxygen-free copper, in which the
oxygen content is reduced by deoxidation with phosphorus. Refined copper
sheets are characterized by increased technological plasticity during
hot pressure treatment, which eliminates the formation of brittle zones.
Products made of oxygen-free copper are operated at temperatures above
200 ° C, while hydrogen embrittlement does not occur in them.
Methods for making copper systems
The proposed copper sheets differ in the manufacturing method for
cold-rolled and hot-rolled.
Cold-rolled copper sheets are designated "D" and are made with a
thickness of 0.4 mm to 12 mm. Moreover, products with a certain width
have a length corresponding to the standard:
600 mm - 1500 and 2000 mm;
710 mm –1410 mm;
1000 mm - 2000 mm.
In turn, cold rolled products differ in the state of the material: soft
(M), semi-hard (P) and hard (T), as well as finishing accuracy - normal
accuracy and increased with the designation "P".
The mechanical properties of hot-rolled copper sheets are close to soft
(annealed) sheets produced by cold-rolled products. The thickness of the
sheets varies from 3 mm to 25 mm. Width from 600 mm to 3000 mm with an
interval of 50 mm to 1800 mm and an interval of 100 mm from 1800 mm.
Length 1000-6000 mm with an interval of 100 mm..
