Titanium mesh
The titanium mesh is made of titanium wire on special machines that
weave it in a special way. At present, in Russia there are no special
state standards that would regulate the production of products of this
type. Therefore, manufacturers themselves set production standards at
their plants.
Grid, it can be said “derivative” of the wire and the manufacturer can
adjust his machines so as to best meet the needs of the customer.
What type of mesh do you need: with square or rectangular cells. In this
case, be sure to indicate the desired size of one cell.

Sizes and assortment
There are two types of titanium mesh: with square and rectangular cells.
For production, wire of various diameters is used. The most popular
diameters are 1, 2 and 3 mm.
As for the type of weaving, it is of two types:
Woven when the wire weaves like a fabric, forming square or rectangular
cells. This weaving is the most popular, simple and functional. It is
suitable for use almost everywhere.
Twill, when the intersection of the wire occurs with an asymmetric
shift. As a result, visible diagonal lines are obtained on the surface.
This type of weaving has good visual appeal, but much less
functionality.
For manufacturing, high-quality Russian wire is used that meets all
state standards. Weaving is carried out on high-tech modern equipment.
Titanium mesh Benefits
The titanium mesh is very resistant to acid and alkali solutions and has
excellent corrosion resistance. Such resistance is achieved due to the
oxide film, which prevents the oxidizing agent from penetrating deep
into the crystal lattice.
The only acid that can harm the alloy is hydrofluoric acid. It acts on
the surface in such a way that the oxide protective film ceases to form
and oxidation begins to occur in full swing.
It oxidizes in air only at temperatures above 1000 degrees, which allows
it to be used at very high temperatures.
