The melting temperature of 6063 aluminum alloy is more than 655 degrees, and the extrusion temperature of 6063 aluminum profile is 490-510℃ for the bar temperature and 420-450℃ for the extrusion barrel. Generally speaking, the temperature design of each extrusion profile is different, but it is probably in this range: 470-490℃ for the die temperature, set according to its own condition!
