Pure niobium stab
Our rods and rods made of pure niobium are used in a wide variety of
applications. Some of these uses include sodium lamps, HDTV, capacitors,
jewelry, and chemical processing equipment. Our manufacturing process
uses cold rolling and annealing to produce bars and rods with perfect
mechanical properties and a uniform grain structure throughout the bar
or bar.
Niobium stab is available in various grades; each custom made to
meet your unique industry requirements.

Recycling Pure Niobium Rod
Our pure niobium core is cold worked from the ingot to the final
diameter. Forging, rolling, stamping and drawing are used individually
or in combination to achieve the desired size. metal has
developed proprietary techniques to overcome the extremely high metal
abrasion rate & # 39.
The rod usually comes with a forged surface above 1 - 3/8 "diameter, and
a stamped or drawn end in smaller diameters. The rod, preferably
unannealed, may have a centerless surface to improve diameter
tolerances. The minimum diameter for centerless grinding is 125";.
Fishing rod up to a maximum of 1/4 GG; and the wire can be delivered in
rolls or straightened, and then cut to length.
